We manufacture Welding Positioner that is a kind of deflection machine with the functions of upset and gyration, which can put the welds on the best position. We can do it even you have some other demand.
The BY-10 welding positioner can be positioned to any angle between horizontal 0-90 degrees, a hand wheel which drives a worm gear is fitted at the rear to adjust this angle, a lock off device is fitted to prevent the table being accidentally moved or knocked off angle.
It can be fitted with small welding chuck and the three-jaw chuck is easliy equipped and can be exchanged with other especial clamps.
REMARK
It suits the cylindric workpieces weighting less than 10kg and while stepless speed regulation can be achieved within the 2-20rpm, simplicity of operation , can be installed and moved easily.
